My favorite quote is "proceed as if success is inevitable" by anonymous. This is the best advice I can give. Many writers or aspiring writers have multiple manuscripts just sitting there, waiting for the time or the work to be "perfect." So it sits there, unpublished, waiting. Or, we worry that, even if the work is great, that it will ultimately fail, so we don't try. But that just ensures failure. Don't do it. Proceed as if your success is inevitable, and suddenly your attitude and actions will change, and you will succeed. Because you have to. It's inevitable.
