My current focus is on growing my YouTube audience in order to spread my "eat clean, move every day, shine brighter" message! Women's health in general (and pelvic health in particular) is a total package; it's a lifestyle! My YouTube channel speaks to all aspects of wellness with a special focus on core and pelvic floor friendly fitness.

Be true to yourself about what you want to write about; don't just cater to what you think the general public wants to hear. Personally, I have found that writing for the general public isn't very satisfying. People CRAVE answers to their personal questions; the things that feel "weird," and are actually quite universal (even though no one wants to admit it). When I started out with FemFusion Fitness, I was advised to avoid speaking of the pelvic floor and pelvic health issues until people had really gotten to know me and my fitness program. Unfortunately, this caused my work and my message to be lost in a sea of other women's fitness professionals. When I embraced the "niche" of pelvic health and began tackling subjects that were more "taboo," I finally started to make an impact and see results. Find your niche, and then own it!

While one-on-one interactions are wonderful, being an author (and having a book) affords a platform to reach a global audience of women all over the world. This is the work that lights me up, and it encourages and inspires me to see women all over the world loving and caring for their bodies more effectively as a result of reading my book! I love that Lady Bits readers can learn in the privacy of their homes, on their own time, in their own way. My mission is to make a massive impact on the world of women's health and to serve women who don't have ready access to a compassionate female-focused healthcare provider in their local area, and between my Lady Bits book and my YouTube channel I'm starting to make some headway.
