I'm currently completing on a non-fiction work, "Never Too Late" about my Mom's mission to achieve 93 new experiences between her 93rd and 94th birthdays. It's an inspirational and motivational journey that shows it's never too late to try something new and you're never too old to have fun! Release Date: February 29, 2020. Preorders will be taken in January 2020.
I'm still working on the series of Women's Fiction "Life's a Rodeo". Book 1, "Crossfire" is in final editing and Book 2 "Full Go Round" is moving right along! The series is planned as four books - each one about s the modern-day friendships and relationships of four women in Denver. A spontaneous dating challenge between friends leads to a world of cowboys and new experiences, leading each woman to face her true fears and desires. I expect the first one to be available Fall 2020.

I have a never-ending curiosity and fascination for the Icelandic mythology and characters. Whether it is reading old folk tales, the Icelandic Sagas, or touring the countryside there absorbing in the local flavor, the inspiration is all around.

I was inspired by my mother, who wrote her memoirs in 2013. She recounts growing up in Iceland with all the legends and superstition of the culture. I became enchanted with the story of the Yule Lads, who are a cross between the Grinch and Santa Clause with a little gremlin thrown in for good measure.
