E.L. Green Sorry for the delay in replying!

I'm not actually sure how to answer as I don't really have an exact writing 'process'. I tend to think of characters and storylines and see where my mind takes me. However, I do have a trusty little notebook I use to write my thoughts and ideas in, as and when they come to me...usually at 3 in the morning!
E.L. Green Nope, no cliffhanger. The second book is about Ellie's best friend.

Thankyou for your question.
E.L. Green Hi, thank you for your question.

I am currently working on book 2 and the book is currently untitled. Strangely I find naming the book harder than actually writing it. lol

I am also not sure on release date but I am getting through writing it nicely. Unfortunately time is an issue to sit down and write without disruption.

I can tell you though book 2 will be about Cassie, who has some dark history of her own and I will be introducing new characters.

Thank you for your support. I truly appreciate it. :)
E.L. Green Hi, I am currently writing the second book...not sure on release date yet. Unfortunately due to working and having three kiddies, I struggle to find long periods of time to get stuck in so I pretty much write at every available opportunity.

I am so pleased you enjoyed the first book. As a new author, I was incredibly scared to take that big leap in to the unknown! I have been amazed by the reviews and comments I have received and am truly grateful for your support.

I shall let you know as soon as I have more news about book 2.
E.L. Green I am privileged to know amazing people. Some who have suffered loss of a child and others have gone through abuse. They have all survived it.

I based my characters and some of the scenarios in Picking Up the Pieces with these people in mind and of course every damsel in distress needs a knight in shining armour in the form of a fit, tattooed, alpha male biker.....don't they?!!!
E.L. Green My own life experiences and those of others inspire me to write. My stories are not based on true events but are heavily influenced by them.

Reading also inspires me to write....I will quite often get lost in a book and then start building my own characters in my head, desperately feeling the need to bring them to life.
E.L. Green I am currently working on book 2 of my Broken series. This book focuses on Ellie's best friend, Cassie and introduces new characters who you will hopefully also come to love.
Unfortunately due to work and family commitments I can't spend as much time writing as I would like but I am hoping for this book to be complete and released by the end of the year.
E.L. Green Never doubt yourself...keep trying and keep writing. Your stories or style of writing will not please everyone so do not take things personally. Have faith in yourself and others will do too.
I also seriously suggest carrying a notebook and pen with you at all times because sometimes ideas pop into your head at the most inconvenient of places!! :)
E.L. Green I started writing initially as therapy. It was a way of being able to get lost in an alternate reality and leave the problems of real life behind me. That's what I love about writing - the fact I can escape and express myself with words but I think the best thing about writing is the fact that people enjoy what I have written. That alone puts a smile on my face and makes it all worthwhile.
