Oh! That really depends. I'm always juggling real life responsibilities with writing time. I'm actually pretty fast, can write about 2500 words an hour when I'm on a good clip, but its rare for me to have that kind of time to write.

Thank you for asking. I've always written, but I had two series ideas...one a novella series and one a 3-book novel length series. I decided to get started with my adult fairy tales to ease into it!

I really pay attention to what I'm trying to contribute to the world when I write. I want to write stories that bring positive energy and happiness in the world. My inspiration for Chancellor actually comes from a amalgam of a few little towns like Cold Spring, NY, North East, PA and State College, PA. I love smaller towns with a quaint vibe. My inspirations come from all over the place. I actually have a problem keeping them quiet!
I'm currently finishing up The Bee Charmer, book 3 in my Chancellor Fairy Tales.
My dream job as a child was to be a zoo keeper!
I write almost every day, trying to ensure I write about 1k words a day.

Music! I try to imagine what kind of music my characters would like then listen to that. As well, I'm super visual. Pinterest always inspires (and distracts) me!

I lived along Lake Erie for many years. My mermaid is a lake mermaid. I always wondered what was under the surface of those cold waves! And I love collecting beach glass, a habit Kate, my mermaid, shares!
