I'm working on a series of erotic romance novellas that explore the various ways marriages can work (or not work). Couples who choose or find themselves in a variety of situations, and how they handle it. Running the gamut from a hall pass to spiced-up married sex, from an almost-affair to polyamory. And all happy endings, because what determines the outcome isn't the choice itself, but how it's carried out and how the consequences are handled.

I'll have a new novella coming out next month (March '16): Jack & Maia, A Sisters of Absolution story. I was inspired by two things: first and foremost a magnificent Veteran I adore, who suffers from combat PTSD and other conditions resulting from his service. It really hit home for me how much damage our soldiers suffer for protecting us.
The other half of the idea came from reading about ancient priestesses who healed warriors of their battle trauma with their innate nurturing spirit and the language of their bodies (sex). The peace Maia helps Jack find is what I wish for all the brave men and women who sacrifice to keep the rest of us safe.
