Mark Ryan And though the days had melted away, and she had learned much, she looked once more in the mirror and cried, as she knew inside she was still the same.

Mark Ryan It actually evolved out of a short story I began writing about a fictional place in Boston. At the time I was going through lots of movies from the 1970s and reading about the Nixon administration, and wanted to place a story there. My interests in India fused with this story and things seemed to fit well and the plot developed. I'm one of those terrible writers who have no idea where the story is heading until I type.
