It's my story and I was ready to share it. Other people have told me after reading my story that it became easier for them to better understand their own story and to feel better about themselves. I believe that although all of our stories are unique, there are common threads that we all experience and need to work through to become happier and healthy.

When I awaken early, which is my time to write, I simply know it's time to hit the keyboard. The material simply flows. It's almost as if all of the information is contained in a buffer that is filled while I'm sleeping and when I awake it's time to empty the buffer (after I empty my bladder).

Get your ego out of the way and let the material flow. Get in the habit of writing the same time every day so that it becomes easier to move into that state of being, during which the information can flow more easily. Don't censor your thoughts as you write - let it be authentic and leave any editing for later.

This may be hard to believe, but during the writing of 3 books, I've never experienced writer's block. I believe it's due to the fact that when I write, I allow the material to flow through me. I am fully conscious, but I don't feel as if the material is being generated by my conscious ego. It makes it a lot of fun to write this way, as I (egoic mind) become the reader rather than the writer.
