I am the type of writer that doesn’t push…I wrote when I feel like it, and if I don’t have anything on my mind, that’s ok. If I’d like to be able to write something, if I have the beginnings of an idea simmering, I jot down some notes and then I get some fresh air! Hiking, paddling, or even sitting by a campfire help clear my mind and that’s when story ideas seem to flow.
