I don't honestly have one. Nothing interesting anyway :P We're pretty cool, calm, and relaxed over here.

Talking to readers who actually enjoyed something I wrote. The gratification never gets old. When you come up with an idea and people like it... It's like something you have never felt before - especially with the amount of work and effort there is going into a book.

Besides drinking? Just kidding... I work on other things that pertain to the current book. Maybe there's a scene I want to write 10 chapters from now. I'll write out a basic idea of what it is and sometimes that will spur an idea for the current blockage.

Try. Just try. It can happen. Google everything and watch videos on writing on YouTube. You gotta' start somewhere. I'm learning everyday and will continue to learn as I write.

I'm actually halfway done with my third book's first draft. The title is title under wraps, at least until my second book, Mayan Darkness is released sometime in Oct. This one is a stand-alone, not apart of the Hank Boyd series, and is about a virus/plague that hits the Serengeti plains in Africa. The current Games Warden and his team must fight to survive as everything in the region begins to change, turning into horrid creatures. It's been really fun to write. The imagination has really come out in this book.

Honestly, it takes quite a bit. I have a two year old daughter and work a full time job. Sitting down at 9-10pm to START writing is tough, but it's fun times. Normally ill just open up my WordDoc and reread the last chapter I wrote to get back into the mood. If nothing comes up, then I'll go back and work on something else in the previous chapters or work on my cover art - of which I do myself. Just staying busy in the BookWorld is the most important thing. Don't sit around and do nothing.

(view spoiler)[The Atlantis myth is always so romantic and charming that I wanted to take it to a different level. Then, like most stories it evolved as I wrote it. (hide spoiler)]
