I find that driving can help me think about things in a different perspective. I also will just write and write even if what I am writing does not make sense. It can always be deleted!

Just do it! People are always happy to tell you what can't be done. If there is a book in you dying to come out, do it for yourself and if others like it, that is awesome!

I am currently working on a book about senior citizen grifters and an elderly women who hesitatingly becomes part of their "gang." It is a humorous novel but I hope it will have something to say about we perceive elders in our society and how we treat them and have preconceptions about who they are and what they are capable of. It will involve gambling, casinos, sex, robbery, swindling, and a very interesting way to consume alcohol. I hope it will make folks laugh but also make them thing about the elderly people they know, are or will become.

I let it flow out of me I guess. I am sure perhaps many would say I should be more structured in my writing but I let the creative muse work its magic.

I have always been fascinated with religion, spirituality and peoples' perceptions of what happens after death. I felt like a humorous look at this would make people laugh but would also get them thinking about possibilities different from the perspective they may currently hold.
