I doodle my way out of writer's block. I just pick up my journal--actually any convenient wad of paper will do--and write whatever comes up. If nothing comes up, I doodle first to prime the pump. Sometimes I know I need to address THE BLOCK at a deeper level. Then I go into a meditative space and ask myself, what is this all about? We always know.
