I really think writing is life. It's taking the good and the bad and putting it down in words. It's twisting real experiences into metaphors and sharing experiences. So a lot of my inspiration just comes from moments in real life.
Another source of inspiration for me is music. I like to match songs to characters or situations in my writing.

Oh, everything. Editing Redefining Innocence (book 2), writing a new book tentatively titled 'Over the Edge,' and messing around with a couple of old drafts. My brain doesn't do the 'focus on one thing' thing.
