Writers' block is generally, for me, a sign of some kind of fear lurking in the shadows of my ego-mind. Fear of not being "good enough"; fear that nobody will read my book; fear that I won't be able to find my connection with my own creativity... If I re-connect with my heart and allow my higher self to take centre stage again, I find that the fear subsides. Sometimes writers' block is an indication that it's not quite time yet to write that specific piece and so I go for a walk and allow the ideas to approach me, rather than chase them down.
