I am passionate about the area of life I write about - emotional and mental health. Every day I encounter examples and consequences of society's failure to properly understand and respond to emotional and mental distress, including those designated as psychiatric diagnosis. So I have no difficulty being inspired to write.
I write almost every day. I have a lot to say, and life does not go on forever. So I am keen to get what I want to say on paper sooner rather than later.

I have just finished the first draft of my next book. Current working title, "Depression: Its True Nature". Planned publication date, March-April 2016. Many more books to follow, on bipolar, schizophrenia, OCD, eating disorders, suicide.

The general public have become largely convinced that chemical imbalances are a known feature of depression. I know this is not true. So I wrote this book to inform people of the truth regarding depression and brain chemical imbalances. I address many other related issues also, for example, what medical specialties are actually real brain doctors (NOT psychiatrists).
