Terry Lynch I am passionate about the area of life I write about - emotional and mental health. Every day I encounter examples and consequences of society's failure to properly understand and respond to emotional and mental distress, including those designated as psychiatric diagnosis. So I have no difficulty being inspired to write.
I write almost every day. I have a lot to say, and life does not go on forever. So I am keen to get what I want to say on paper sooner rather than later.
Terry Lynch I have just finished the first draft of my next book. Current working title, "Depression: Its True Nature". Planned publication date, March-April 2016. Many more books to follow, on bipolar, schizophrenia, OCD, eating disorders, suicide.
Terry Lynch Write what you know about, what you are passionate about. Bear your audience in mind. Keep writing. every day, preferably. Become practiced at writing, through practice. That's how one becomes a better writer.

Terry Lynch I try to work through it. Sometimes I take a break, but I usually find if I persist, I come through the block.
Terry Lynch The general public have become largely convinced that chemical imbalances are a known feature of depression. I know this is not true. So I wrote this book to inform people of the truth regarding depression and brain chemical imbalances. I address many other related issues also, for example, what medical specialties are actually real brain doctors (NOT psychiatrists).
