If you could travel to any fictional book world, where would you go and what would you do there?

Maria Hoskins I would travel in the book of Aladen. I love children's fantasy books. I have always wanted to travel to the Middle East.

Who is your favorite fictional couple, and why?

Maria Hoskins Eddie Albert and Eva Gabor from TV Sitcom Green Acres. I love the farm story and how Eva managed on the farm even though she was so out of place. Also Tyler Perry's characters, " Madear"and her brother, just funny, that is all I can say.

What’s the best thing about being a writer?

Maria Hoskins The best thing about being an author is knowing a child will pick up one of my books and smile as they enjoy the story and the parent will too, as they remember their special memories.

How do you deal with writer’s block?

Maria Hoskins When I'm faced with writers block, I wait. I have found that if I am patient, the thoughts will flow when my mind is clear of the daily clutter.
