When I get writers block, I stop struggling in the writing process and start to do something else; hence, after a while I get a flood of new ideas to include in both my present manuscript and also future manuscripts. When this happens, I wake up either my iPad or my MacBook Pro and go to notes to quickly jot down the flood of ideas that came to my head. I do this before I forget these new ideas. Then I once again start to write on the manuscript that I'm currently working on.
