Amy Vetter I am a CPA, serial entrepreneur and corporate executive. For the past 11 years I have also been a yoga practitioner, as we as owning my own yoga studio for the last 4 years. I have always wanted to write a book but I wanted it to be meaningful. I decided to bring my 2 worlds together - business and my balance - yoga. This is not about yoga specifically, but more about what I have learned about myself in the process to incorporate into my business life. I have taken lessons I have learned, stories from people I respect and research to bring this into a methodology that anyone can apply to their work situation. The B3 Method: Business, Balance & Bliss.
Amy Vetter Typically when its unexpected. When I am out on a run or even sitting on a plane. When my brain is at rest, it wanders and notices things that I most likely wouldn't have if I had tried to be inspired. I quickly take some notes so I can come back to it later.
Amy Vetter It's therapeutic to write your thoughts down. For me, it helps to slow down my thinking and figure out a better way to organize my thoughts and simplify them to make it meaningful
Amy Vetter It's important to write things down quick as you have random ideas so you can come back to it when you can't think of anything. I keep my ideas in Notes on my iPhone or pictures I save to remember for inspiration later
