I don't really know where the ideas comes from, I don't have anything that specifically triggers them. I'll just have them rattling around in my head until I release them onto the page

I don't really get writers block, if I hit a spot that I find hard to get right I'll usually skimp on the details to get past it then on the next draft my subconscious has usually come up with what was missing!
