B.L. Miller Just write what comes to you and worry about editing later. Tell the story you want to tell, not what you think will sell books. There are different readers with different tastes and someone will like it.
B.L. Miller It's a tie between crafting a story that won't leave my head and entertaining readers. Truly, feedback from readers is what keeps me going. It encourages me to write more and to stick it out.
B.L. Miller I try not to beat myself up about it. If I can't switch off to another book to work on, I will step away for a while until the writing mojo returns. Forcing myself to write only results in frustration.

B.L. Miller I am currently working on Loving Her Through the Years, book two of the Eras of Love series. I am also working on Hearts of the Dust Bowl, a love story set in the 1930's with a co-author.
B.L. Miller I went hiking in the Catskills and saw a book about the Catskill Mountain House, which existed from the early 1800's until the 1960's when the State of New York burned down the remaining structure. It inspired me to write a love story and that, in turn, ended up growing into the Eras of Love series.
