Currently I'm working on... learning all about social media. I have managed to avoid it for years, and now I find I must give in.

For non-fiction, I do more research. That stimulates ideas and gets me going again.
For fiction, however, I find that I get writer's block when I try to make my characters do what I think they should do to follow my outline instead of letting them tell the story. When I ask them what they want to do, the story unfolds in amazing ways, and I am just the recorder of events.
