Jodi Womack I'm currently working on building workshops and speaking engagements around the book, Get Momentum. It's an amazing experience to look out to a whole room of people working on real projects, plans and dreams. People make new things happen in their lives because they give themselves the gift of their own attention.

Jodi Womack I cowrote the book, Get Momentum with my husband, Jason. We got the idea from the years of coaching and presentations we've done. People share the true struggles they're experiencing during coaching...

I love the idea of "momentum" because it doesn't mean you're done... it means you've started.

Helping people get started or get out of a rut... that's good stuff. And there's structure you can put around daily practices to make you better and more productive. There's a process to being resilient...
Jodi Womack Keep writing. Get the words out. Don't edit as you go. There's time for that later. Your job as a writer is to get words on the page. You can dictate, type or write them out longhand. The key is to go for volume. Tell some stories. Give the background details.
Jodi Womack The best thing... meeting the readers and hear how my book impacted their lives. I've been fortunate to speak to groups, and my favorite part is at the end when people come up and tell me a struggle and how they're getting through it... It gives me hope that books are powerful, and we can connect through them.
