So much inspires writing that it's really hard to say. A single event or question can spark a whole book. For Rebellion, it was a culmination of things that were happening at the time that made me come up with the idea for the book.

Rebellion is going through its final stages pre-release so I'm focusing on that right now but I have a book that I'm going to be starting soon that I am ridiculously excited about.

Getting lost in another world.

I get away from my computer and go for a walk or bake. Just doing another activity helps. When it's not so much a block but more of an obstacle a character needs to overcome I write what they're thinking and find a solution can come organically from that.
