Sometimes writing comes easily. Sometimes it's really hard. On the hard day you just soldier through. You set down and hit your daily wordcount. Maybe the words you write are good, maybe they suck, but you can always edit out the sucky ones later.

Discipline, discipline, discipline. Come up with a daily word count, put your butt in the chair, and achieve it.
