David Sarachman I do other things, play a game, read something inane online. I do anything I can to stop thinking about the block until I get the tiniest spark of an idea and then I run with that.
David Sarachman That as a writer you can point at your work and think "I made this". No matter what happens after this, now, right now I have made a thing that until this point had not existed in the world.
David Sarachman Write. Write every single day. Write when you feel like it and write when you don't. Every word can be changed later and it's easier to modify later than create. So write.

David Sarachman I think we each have a story in us. I didn't want to let mine sit in the dark any longer than it had to.
David Sarachman I got the idea for "Sorcerer: A Tale of The Last City" from the single question of "What would happen if people lived in the same space as the gods they worshipped." The rest grew out of that single idea.
