Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

A.J. Sheppard The Incredible Transformation of Gregory Todd grew out of my quest to equip others to lead change in practice. I felt I needed to show how to lead change - and the pitfalls to avoid. This is because leading change in practice is never as clear-cut as most textbooks suggest: when the issues are dissected, I fear that the very lifeblood of leading change (in hot-blooded organisations) tends to drains out.
