Don't read books about how to do it - that's called procrastinating. I tried it for a bit. Everybody has their own system, and you'll find yours.

Getting the word out about my book, seeing clients in my sex therapy private practice, putting together Erotic Integrity workshops, and doing speaking engagements around the book.

I'd been incubating this book for many years. I finally just decided. A friend of mine said: "You can write a book in three months if you really set your mind to it". So I started writing. It took me eighteen months.

I realized that Erotic Integrity is the lens through which I view my sex & relationship therapy clients. I try to figure out how each person is put together sexually by asking questions they may have never asked themselves. Then I support them in embracing what they're finding out about themselves, and in living it authentically, so that they and their lovers thrive.
