What are you currently working on?
Sara Loos I believe 2016 is going to be a powerful year - one filled with big shifts in the way we think and experience everything. I think more and more people are eager to make important changes in their lives and finally willing to 'do the work' to make these changes a reality. So I'm gearing up with new programs to and tools to share with whomever is ready and wanting support.
The Miracle Worker's Handbook was a shortened version of the original book. There are at least 2 more books waiting to hit the pages so maybe one more will be birthed in 2016.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Sara Loos "The Miracle Worker's Handbook" is a collection of the tools that I've used with my clients for years. These are the exercises or experiments that many of us, including myself, have found to be profoundly powerful on our path to self discovery and healing. I am convinced that we all have the power to heal our own lives, so the book became my way of sharing this message with the world and providing easy, playful experiments to help ensure a magical outcome.

What’s the best thing about being a writer?
Sara Loos Writing for me is another outlet for helping others. Writing my book was a way for me to get the tools I love into the hands of many more people, beyond the scope of my clientele. Even if it reaches only one person and helps them change their life for the better, I'll have created something of purpose.

How do you deal with writer’s block?
Sara Loos The writing that I do has to come from my "connected" space - that is, when I am working from my heart and not my head. I do meditation before doing any of my work, writing or mentoring. It allows me to tune-out all the chatter and distractions and focus on what is really of value. If I'm blocked, it's usually because I'm not connected.
