Kent Allen If "inspired" means "motivated," I've never had an issue with that, because I've always loved to think up and communicate stories. Don't wait to be "inspired" before you sit down and work on your novel. That's a recipe for inactivity. Instead, have a set schedule that you devote to writing, and stick to it. Stephen King, in his book "On Writing," has a very nice section about this topic.
