Well there are a few things I do. One I try to power through write until I get my muse back. Second, I do something else always book related, for example I may research something else about the book, or I might watch a video also related with my project. Another thing I do I might just go for a running it always help me clear my head and find new ideas.

Here in Greece and also in Cyprus we have a saying “ Every start is difficult” and it’s true. If you really want to be a writer then you need to understand a few simple facts.
Number one: Have clear goals. When you start a project you need to know exactly what you want to say and how you want to say it. If you don’t do that and just start writing its 100% sure that you will get lost along the way because you will now have that compass to guide you to your target.
Number two: You need to be persistent and also you need to be patient. Don’t give up on the first obstacle and don’t get disappointed. I always keep a daily diary writing down what I have done, so if sometimes I get bored or disappointed or have feelings of quitting I just go through that log and see how much I have achieved and that makes me not to stop and continue on my designated task.
Number three: Write a few pages every day even if you don’t feel like it or you don’t feel inspired write a few pages every day. It could be ideas for a new scene for your book, or marketing ideas, what I want you to understand is that you need to write something about your project every day, it could be notes on research you are reading about your book. You should go to bed at night and don’t have any regrets that you didn’t work on your project enough.
Number four: The key to your success, time management. You can have a clear goal you can write every day you can even be persistent and patient but if you don’t organize your time efficiently and with the optimum rate then you are just doing a hole in the water.
That’s my piece of wisdom for new writer. I am a new writer myself and all I mentioned I learned the hard way. I wish you all the success you deserve.

Currently I am working on my second book. It’s my memoirs as the food I grew up is concern. My working title for now is “The food I grew up… Veganized!” It’s my efforts and continuing struggle to be always in any nutritional situation and be able to have something to eat (plant based). It’s my journey on how I transform the way I ate to the way I eat now.

Life inspires me to write, my lovely wife inspires me to write. I only write when I feel I have something to say, I need to have my muse on my side to start writing. I don’t see writing as a job, something like I have to do, I see it as a hobby as a way to express my thoughts, worries, and other feelings on paper and if I manage to connect with other people and influence them in a positive way then that’s a bonus for me.

Well I only have one book thus far. I am in the process of publishing my second one in a couple of months. Since my most recent book is my only book for the time being I will answer the question for Thirsty for Health.
It was not so much an idea as it was more than a need to tell my story. My book is my own personal story, it’s a series of events that enable me to transform from a person that was a chain smoker of cigarettes, overweight and at some point flirting with obesity, eating junk food and highly processed food addicted to nicotine and caffeine to a man that now runs marathons as his hobby, smoke free, obesity and overweight free, no caffeine and junk food anymore and being a plant based eater for the last three years now and really enjoying it. It is my thirst for health my undying research and effort to achieve the optimum level of health as I possibly can.
