This is a tough question for me as there are so many choices. My answer is Byron Henry and Natalie Jasper from The Winds of War saga. This is a couple I have not thought about in decades. This was the first war book I read that chronicled the highs and lows of a relationship during one of the most challenging times in our country. Their love and commitment carried them through the most untenable of times.

I was presenting on the topic at a conference. One of the editors from New Harbinger was in the audience. She liked our approach of personalizing the sleep program and using acceptance-based tools to make the model more user-friendly. We pitched the book to the publishing company and here we are!
