What happened to my sanity?

Hi, Mary. Thanks for the interest in the SOS series. I'm so sorry for the delay. Life has been rough this past year. I don't like to leave series hanging like this. It's next on my list!

(view spoiler)[Questions for the Cascade City Pack series. Might we see Foster and Crow again in some future book? Did Austin find Nick and the baby? If so, where are they? Austin didn't have a pack to begin with. Will we see what became of the River Wolf Pack? At this point, I don't see River ever going back even if the old pack begged him. I'm really enjoying this soapy shifter series! (hide spoiler)]

Thank you for asking! I do plan to explore Austin and Nick. I'm not sure about Foster and Crow, but I left it open just in case. Their story would open up a new series, and I have a lot of those going right now!

Hi, Angela. I hope to get to it soon. I just finished the next in the River Wolf Pack series--now Cascade City Pack--and it is released April 29. I've been trying to decide what I'd like to work on next, so maybe I'll go ahead and start the next Angel Hills book. Anything in particular you're hoping will be explored? Now's the time to let me know!

Hi, Amy. I'm so glad you're enjoying the series! I'm working on the next book and it should come out in either March or April.

Hi, Jaime. I'm so glad you enjoyed the books. I do want to make a fourth book. I was really just waiting to get a feel for whether or not the readers wanted me to continue. If I do continue, it will be the new pack's journey along with the trials that are sure to go along with that. I have also considered giving a glimpse of Milo's pack. :)

Yes, as a matter of fact, I am working on a sequel to Partners now that is much longer and fleshes out the characters more. I'm happy you enjoyed it.

I was lying in bed falling asleep. I had recently read a couple of things in a certain genre and thought--I could do better than that! So I wrote what I would want to read in that genre. I wrote it really fast, too. It almost wrote itself!

Usually reading something or seeing something inspires me to write. Sometimes an idea just pops in my head. Other times a song will inspire me. I'm a huge romantic.

I am currently working on several things! A contemporary story and a vampire story, and I'm also editing a novel I wrote a while ago.

Practice. You'll get a lot better.

The best thing about being a writer is the ability to create other worlds that make people laugh and cry and that take them away from reality for a while.
Rebecca James
I usually deal with writer's block by reading something. Other stories make me think and usually help me to move on with whatever I'm working on.
