The idea came from not wanting to lose a bunch of story ideas simply because they were short form. It first took the form of a feature screenplay, ten years ago, called 'The Little Scary Bookshop', before becoming a six episode tv series, five years ago, called 'The LIttle Scary TV Show' until we arrived at its current ten story e-book.
