Tracy Tynan It started out as a series of unconnected biographical pieces written over many years. But when I came up with the idea of basing each chapter on a personal story about an item of clothing, it seemed to come together.

Tracy Tynan It doesn't seem productive to just sit in front of the computer and berate myself for not producing. I find it helpful to physically move. I do laundry, wash dishes other mundane domestic tasks. I exercise, yoga, or walking --preferably in nature. I also find meditating useful even if it's only for ten minutes!
