Often meditators glimpse the fine line between sanity and feeling crazy, being present and being lost, distracted, elsewhere. The book was an outgrowth of such discussions. Also money, food/substance, and sex/pleasure are the ingredients of everyday life, the places where we can practice mindfulness or get caught up in addictive behaviors.
