Vinod Pottayil 1. Write as much as a you can.
2. Read aloud what you write. If it doesn't sound right, rewrite it.
3. Once you feel you've got it right, get the opinion of people who could be your potential readers.
4. Analyze the feedback calmly and objectively (probably the most difficult part).
5. Use that feedback to improve what you wrote earlier.
6. Repeat till you know in your heart that you've got it right. Don't let any one else decide that for you.
Vinod Pottayil The best thing, undoubtedly, is the knowledge that I can make a small difference to someone, somewhere by sharing my thoughts and experiences. I may not know this person, would probably never meet this person - but in some way, I could be responsible for something positive happening in that person's life.

That's a great feeling.

Since I write self-help books on investing, I hope to help people avoid the mistakes that I made or that I see others making, and to put the money they earn to good use. When someone says they liked my book, or that they found the book useful, I know I did a good job. That's quite priceless.
