Smiling, that can be difficult at times, but I find if it's not flowing the below helps me:
- taking some deep breaths
- get up from my desk and do some stretches
- drink plenty of water (keeping hydrated keeps the brain fog away)
- sitting in silence with a pen and paper
- going for a walk outside
- changing where I'm writing such as going to a cafe
- writing no matter what, even if its in my journal
- self talk - knowing that it will flow again because it always does
- doing another activity for a while such as; gardening, drawing, painting, or dare I say housework etc.

Surprisingly, One Path, Many Lights evolved after my near death experience when I began to channel the Guardians of the Light. I thought it was only going to include their writings and wisdom, haha not so!
