My most recent book is All the F*cks I Cannot Give and it will be out shortly. The idea came after I was let go from a job last year. Believe it or not, the book is a comedy.

Book 3 in my Farrah Graham series. This one is entitled Notel California. I find that every other book I write is a Farrah Graham book. That pace gives me enough time to explore some other thoughts, but I always enjoy coming back to her.

Start small? I am not sure - I started by keeping a blog of all my travels (I am a marketing consultant as well as an author). People loved them and wanted to see longer stories. I then wrote a short novel and that gave me the encouragement to write something longer. I now have stumbled onto a series centered on a very interesting character in a popular genre (Farrah Graham - Thriller/mystery) and find myself really enjoy seeing how she and other characters evolve not only within a book, but between them).

I am a runner and I find that when I go for long runs (without music!) my subconscious can chew on whatever issue is causing a roadblock. I then go back to my computer (or whatever I'm writing on) and start up again (after I shower of course).
