Growing up, I played my fair share of video games, watched movies, and read books. I doubt I could remember every single one of those stories, but I think we take some small element—tiny details that really resonate with us—from each story we enjoy, and bury it deep in our minds. Deeper than our memory. All of those elements have melded with my own imagination, inspiring me to create fantastic characters, monsters, worlds, and of course, stories.
I like to spend a lot of time outdoors, travelling and exploring new places. The sights I take in—in the sky, under water, and on land—fuel my creative engine and keep me inspired to write.
