My life. I have been fortunate to experience life from many vantage points. In Culture Leads Leaders Follow I drew on often jolting experiences to express what the poet Dana Gioia portrays as a downhill slope to life. In short I found way to often that so-called leaders were building their careers around the lowest common denominator.
