Homer and Marge Simpson. Even though Homer does ridiculous and outlandish things, Marge always stands by his side. They are not perfect, and that is why they are perfect, and certainly my favourite fictional couple.

Aside from Magician by Raymond E. Feist and Robert Jordan's Wheel of Time series, I love The Faraway Tree books by Enid Blyton. The Secret Seven and Famous Five by Enid Blyton were also books I loved as a child.

My aim is for the second book to be much better than the first. Children of War was my first book, so I know there were a multitude of things I could have done better. I would like to have several proofreaders for the second book, so when it is complete, I will reach out to you.

I appreciate that very much. Yes, the story cartel version was an earlier edition which contained more errors than I had hoped. If you have an email address, I would be happy to send you the most up-to-date version.

First of all, thanks for reading my book. I appreciate you reaching out to me about this. I am aware that there were errors in the book, and for that, I'm sorry that it took away your enjoyment of reading the story.
I did have an editor go over and proofread the book in the hope to fix some of these issues, but it obviously was not enough. I will go about trying to correct these issues, as I want the reader to be able to enjoy the story without the grammatical errors involved.
I'm about halfway through the second book, but I would gladly consider you as a proof reader for the next one. I hope the second book will be more enjoyable than the first.
If you have the time, I would appreciate you letting me know some of errors you found so I can correct them.
