I might read or hear something during the day that makes me want to express my options about that topic so that what inspires me to write. For my first book, The Secrets of Birth, I was inspired as I wanted to be able to give this knowledge to my children. So my two daughters were my biggest inspiration. I'm also very inspired to write as I want to offer my support and help to all the women that are pregnant and preparing for the arrival of their baby.

I think if you have a story to tell or some information to share, you should simply sit down and start writing it down. It doesn't have to be in any particular order at first and gradually, it all seems to take form. My biggest advice is to get started! Just do it!
