What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Marie Parks Find a community of other writers at a similar place in their career as you. I've certainly learned a lot from writers deep into their careers, and I've heard a lot of great advice. But the thing that has meant the most to me personally and professionally has been forming community with other early-career and aspiring writers. We're each others' cheerleaders and supporters. I learn so much from them, and we all keep each other motivated and on track.
