I write anyway.
I don't mean this to sound flippant. I'm simply saying: I don't experience writer's block. I write every day. If I miss, which is extremely rare (ask my wife), I'm miserable and cannot wait for the next day's writing time.
The trick is to allow yourself to suck. Be ok with writing poorly. Enjoy the process. . . and then, just realize you will not publish everything you write.
I agree with Bukowski, if it doesn't burn a hole in you... if you're not dying to do it, and every day. . . you may need to ask the Muses for a different job.
