I'm taking a break from the Tony Taylor series. Tony Taylor is written for young readers just getting into chapter books. I have three books completed although not all three are published as of this writing. I also have ideas for several more books in the series. But right now I'm working on a YA book for readers a bit older.

The best thing about being a writer is, well, writing! Putting ideas down in black and white and "seeing" your characters come alive in print is just fabulous.

I've never really experienced writer's block, though I have sometimes gone back and re-written a portion of one of my stories to send it off in a different direction. I think sometimes we all need to take a break from what we are working on and come back to it fresh the next day or so.
