After a reading by a medium many years ago, there were some unanswered questions I had about my mother. The medium was insistent about some things that had happened to the women in my family that simply did not apply to me. I've always been curious ever since.

I am not one of those writers who makes myself sit down and pound out a certain number of words per day. I don't make myself write everyday for an hour. I can't write like. The moodier I am, and the more emotional I am, the better the writing is going to be. A glass of wine and the right music helps a lot too.
