From a fellow patient I met in hospital sometime ago. Despite all that life had thrown at her this wonderful lady still continued to enjoy life and spread happiness to those she came in contact with.

A difficult question to answer. The desire to write has been with me for a long time, but actually getting down to putting that desire into action was inspired by a number of things, one of which was retirement but most of all the believe in my ability of my dear sister Mary.

A sequel to WHEN BLOSSOMS FALL. No title as yet but do I have a couple in mind. It continues the journey through life of Matti, Gladys, Aggie and all the other characters in When Blossoms Fall as well as bringing in new ones.

Make sure you know just where you are heading. If you write purely for pleasure, just enjoy. If however you want to publish your work, seek out all the help that you can. Decide who is going to publish, yourself or will you get an Agent. Lots of questions will need to be answered. Remember a good Editor and proof reader are a must.

The way that works best for me is to close down and go for a long walk, weather permitting of course. If a walk is not possible do anything other than try to force the words to come.
