Thanks for asking! Actually there are a few different ways that the series could go, at this point. First, there is the pending origin story of what happened to Ambrose on his first assignment as a young diplomat in Tajikistan. (This ties into why he never gives a clear answer on how he speaks Farsi so well). Second, there is an entire line of storytelling about his dealings in Asia, which I've alluded to sporadically with his interest in Chinese organized crime and wildlife trafficking. Life isn't permitting me to write more at the moment, but that's where I'd love to go next!
