Hi Kathy, of course I don't mind you asking. There's been some personal circumstances that I've had to deal with lately, so I haven't got as much writing done as I would have liked. In saying that, I've only got about ten chapters or so to write until it's finally finished. Realistically, the release date will be end of January 2018, or a little before if these last ten chapters and editing go smoothly. I know you've been waiting the best part of a year, but I really want to make sure Jamison and Sylvie’s story is tied up properly. Hope this helps X

Listen to music mostly. I think it's healthy to step away from your work sometimes and just decompress your brain. You would be surprised what a dose of not thinking about your work can do for your work.

It sounds a little power crazy but playing god with fictitious characters is pretty awesome. You can make an entire world of people and do what you like with them. The imagination is an incredibly powerful tool.

Don't think, just write. Honestly, some of my best writing came out of not over thinking what I was writing.

I grew up listening to rock music, I cant even begin to tell you how many concerts I've been to or how many live bands I've listened and danced to on a Saturday night. I love romance about rock stars, which I found as an avid reader, are few and far between. Musicians are predominantly seen as enigmatic people so it made sense for me to lead my story down that route. Twelve Months combines my two favourite things romance and music.
