Chris Roel I mostly write non-fiction, so as long as I write an outline, I can just command myself to write. When I write fiction, in some of my pen names, I watch movies, go to the beach, and try to take in any inspiration possible to get my writing motor running. Good luck.
Chris Roel Self-expression is very nice, however, once people are reading your book all over the world, the best thing is when a complete stranger from across the globe reaches out to you and tells you that you really helped them. That's the best thing about being a writer...and I never would have expected that.
Chris Roel Just take action...many times we are afraid of putting out bad work, but if you just get it out there, you will better, and with today's technology you can always modify it after the fact...Just do it
Chris Roel Although I've always had a Capoeira diet book on the back burner, and am continually researching this work, I have put another project in front, a self-publishing book.

I already have a digital training product and publishing services that I provide locally to business owners in my community, but I want to spread this to other Capoeira teachers, studio owners, and Capoeira practitioners.

We need more of that in our niche. There's tons in Yoga, BJJ, Karate, and MMA, but only a handful in my beloved art.
Chris Roel Being that my main niche is Capoeira and martial arts, any time I run into a problem, I know that there must be someone out there in this giant world going through the same problem, so I address it and how I overcame it.

Problem doing take downs? Here's the Hook and Pull, or Vingativa Mastery

Problem with the basics? Here's my fundamental program.

Problem with ground game? Here's my ground game system.

Problem getting started at a later age? Here's my Capoeira over Forty
Chris Roel "Ginga SMART" came to me almost over night. I have always studied the process of goals setting and achieving. I've studied Brian Tracy, Zig Ziglar, Tony Robins, and other greats. I wanted to share this with my Capoeira community, for those who may not be familiar with personal development, and maybe are only just uncovering the power of martial arts...The new year was approaching so I got to work writing and organizing everything I knew about it and my daily rituals.
